Background:

Graduated in 1995 with a BBA degree in managerial economics with a concentration in international business from Bentley College in Boston, Massachusetts. Graduated in 2000 with a MS degree in computer information systems from Boston University in Boston, Ma. In 2001 joined a start-up wireless company called iConverse inc as a managing consultant in Boston, Ma. Provided training on software products to clients and supported any technical issues. Left the company in 2002 and joined Age Intrade on March 2002.

Key Responsibilities :

Monitoring all imports, inward and outward correspondence. Checking and signing all sales invoices. Supervision of collections and local Purchases. Creating and executing management information systems. Planning and implementing all computer software and hardware policy. Responsible for ongoing training of all staff in regards to information technology. Responsible for human resource management, staff appraisals, vehicle acquisition and finance. First came to Dubai in 1979 and worked as an accountant for Al Owais Enterprises. Then in 1980 joined Age Intrade and continued to work as an accountant for two years. Was then transferred to sales department where he performed well and was promoted to Manager a few years later.

Managing all aspects of sales, local purchases, imports and delivery of structural steel items. Following up when necessary on outstanding collections. Member of the management committee and responsible for staff appraisals.
